Wonderful

Very spacious and room and bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was nice with a lots of options.

Bathroom was a bit dated, maybe it could be a bit "refreshed". I would have loved to have an extra blanket available in the wardrobe.

Friendly and comfortable

Fantastic breakfast, very friendly staff, good location next to the train station and near to the city centre.

The rooms were a little bit old fashioned, they haven't been updated for a while, so perhaps the price is a little bit too expensive.

Great stop for a short stay. Close to everything.

Location across the road from railway station so ease to arrive and leave. Hotel was updated and we had everything we needed. A kettle with tea and coffee would be a nice addition.

The hotel is just to central railway station and most of the time you will find a group of men talking loudly and suspiciously . Late afternoon I consider the place danger

Right next to train station which is convenient but not really a nice place (OK for me, but some will not feel OK)

Great spot by the train station of Padova

Great location as it is right across the train station. Perfect for our extra early train to Florence. You can also easily walk into the city to visit scenic sites. Wonderful & friendly staff. I had messaged in advance asking for a kettle and tea cups. Everything was prepared on a tray inside the roomy & clean triple room.

Lots of people loitering outside the hotel entrace throughout the day. I guess that's to be expected because of its proximity to the train station.

Good hotel and friendly staff.

Helpful, friendly staff. Good breakfast, Comortable bed. 15 minute walk to town centre. Proximity to train station.

Didn't really bother me personally, but the area at night might be a little intimidating due to groups of young men hanging around station area.

It was easy to get to from the station but still not far from the centre. It was a spacious and comfortable room generally. We were able to store our bags and the staff were nice.

There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom, and there is no kettle to make a tea or coffee

Great location (but a little renovation couldn't hurt)

Excellent location if one needs to be close to the train station. Breakfast is good quality. My room was large and there was a window in the bathroom. The staff were exceptionally friendly, a definite plus especially considering the usually unfriendly behaviors I have often witnessed in the area.

As a 4-star hotel it visibly needs some overall renovating, with regard to both the room/bathroom furnishings and the general appearance. In my room I took issue specifically with the bed linens, which looked dated, and the bathroom curtains, which were unmistakably dirty. The entrance door is practically invisible in a wall that comprises the entrance to the McDonald's nextdoor. The hotel's presence needs to be advertised more clearly and street access needs to be made more elegant and less sketchy. Also, the breakfast operations need to be managed with more clarity and I suspect that requires having more waiting staff: the servers there were perfectly professional but there were too few of them. I would also recommend starting breakfast earlier, considering that this location is especially good for travelers leaving early in the morning from the train station.

We would definitely return to the hotel if we were staying Padua.

The hotel is in a very central location, very close to the train station, which is what we were looking for. The actual hotel interior is very grand and beautiful, hinting at the grand old days of early train travel. The bed was very wide. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and speak excellent English (if you don't speak Italian). We were well advised of places to eat and things to do in the local area. The cleanliness of the room was of a good standard. There was an amazing spread of food for breakfast. There is also a cocktail bar available for guests. The receptionist came to our aid when there was a transport strike the day we had to get to the airport, and helped us to get a private car.

The mattresses were very firm, and although there was a lot of width, there was a ridge in the middle. Although the hotel itself was very safe, the surrounding area around the station was quite intimidating to start with. During our stay, however, there were no times that we felt under threat.

Good choice for Padova & side trips!

Location excellent- 2 minutes from major train station, and also tram & buses for the city. Staff helpful & friendly. Breakfast excellent.

Had shower over tub in my room- no “no-slip” mat to put in tub, so could dangerous- I improvised with a wet towel. OK.

Great location to explore Padova on foot, just across the street from the train station and a very comfortable stay with a very good breakfast.

Our only complaint would be the small, old and slow elevator.
